The Gooch Firm, P.C. Supports Cyclists On and Off the Road
Cycling, swimming, running, sporting events, and friendly competition hold a special place in my heart. As such, The Gooch Firm, P.C strives to create positive ties with Utah's cycling community. Our most recent sponsorship is that of the Battle at Midway Triathlon.
Despite my love for cycling, I cannot stress the importance of safety while on the road. During the past several days, I have become aware of several tragic accidents, including one fatality. Personally, I am tired of the worn-out-phrases encompassing thoughts of those pesky cyclists — get them out of the road. Utah's roads and beautiful landscapes are meant to be shared with cyclists.
In support of this, The Gooch Firm, P.C. has just ordered another shipment of our cycling jerseys for fellow enthusiasts. The back of the jersey is particularly important because it cites Utah's 3 Foot Law which states that drivers must leave 3 feet of space between their vehicles and cyclists. (See jersey below.)
